DESCRIPTION:Venue: Micro Business Park Hall  50B Greatorex Street\, London E1 5NP\n\nNear Brick Lane\, in the heart of the East End. Registration: 3:00pm\, clock starts: 3:30pm sharp\n\nThe British Bangla Chess Association (BBCA) is proud to organise another 6-round FIDE-rated rapid tournament.\nThe venue is a 5-minute walk from Whitechapel\, Aldgate East\, and Aldgate Underground stations.\n \nTime Control: 10 minutes + 5 seconds increment per move from move 1.\n \nFormat: 2 separate sections\n\nOPEN – Open to all players\nMAJOR – For players rated 1700 and below\n\nRating: The higher of your August 2026 FIDE Rapid or ECF Rapid rating will be used. If you have no rapid rating\, Standard or Blitz ratings will be used. Unrated players are welcome but will receive 50% of any prize and are not eligible for rating prizes.\n \nENTRY FEE:\n\n£25 per player for both sections | £20 discounted for: BBCA members\, adult female players\, and juniors born on or after 1 Jan 2014\n \nPRIZES FOR BOTH SECTIONS:\n\n– 1st Prize: £75\n\n– 2nd Prize: £50\n\n– Rating Prizes: 6 x £30 each for U 2000\, U1900\, U1800\, U1500\, U1200 & U1000\n\n– No player can  win more than one prize.
