SUMMARY:FIDE U1800 (all ECF ratings welcome) Fast Standardplay
DESCRIPTION:An experimental format\, similar to the “Fast Classical” currently being trialled by FIDE – such time controls are already allowed for U1800 players\, so we’re giving it a go.\n\nAn opportunity to play (up to) 5 FIDE rated games in a day\, for those who have FIDE rating U1800 or no FIDE rating at all. We’re using a 30 30 time control\, and we’ll be running 5 rounds in the day – though we appreciate some players might want to take a half-point bye or two.
